Got Milk?

Since Brady transitioned to whole milk at 12 months, I have been slightly obsessed with finding the best milk for him.  My ideal milk for him would be antibiotic free, hormone free, and not ultra pasteurized.  You would think this would be easy to find, not so much.  Organic milk fit the bill expect for almost all organic milk is ultra pasteurized.  So I settled for the organic milk, hoping to find something better.  This past week I found the milk that I had been searching.  I found it at Oberweis, the Ice Cream Shop we frequent. 

Oberweis Milk taste amazing.  I am not a milk fan, but even I think it taste good.  I think it has something to do with the glass bottle it comes in.  I was also shocked to find out that this amazing tasting milk, was actually cheaper than I organic milk that I had been buying.

 

We even got to bring our tasty milk home in a real milk crate.  Thankfully the employees at the store carried my purchases out to my car for me.

We also picked up some chocolate milk and lemonade there.  Their chocolate milk seriously taste like a milk shake.  The lemonade is actually a little better than the Simply Lemonade I normally get, it is also about a dollar cheaper.

For some reason I really enjoyed taking pictures of the glass bottles that everything came in.  I never knew I could get so excited about milk.
